Steven Veroff is a manager in the external assurance division of MFR, P.C. Mr. Veroff has more than 12 years’ experience. His areas of expertise include audit, review, compilation, tax, consulting and accounting services for publicly traded and privately held entities, governmental entities and non-profit organizations, including single-audit engagements. He has provided such services to manufacturers, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare-related entities. Mr. Veroff has also worked with foundations, private and special-needs schools, universities, real-estate developers, construction and home-builders, leasing companies, transportation and delivery companies. Additionally, he has experience with employee benefit plans, hotel and other hospitality-related entities, news media entities, companies in the retail industry, and HUD-financed commercial and residential rental companies.

Prior to joining MFR, Mr. Veroff worked for three years with several Big Four accounting firms, and for over eight years with other CPA firms nationwide. He graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Hampshire.
