Matt Martina, international tax principal, is responsible for servicing the needs and managing the planning process for companies with cross-border operations.

Mr. Martina brings 25 years of international tax experience to MFR. His "Big Four" experience includes the position of partner-in-charge for PricewaterhouseCoopers' international tax services group for the southwest region.

Mr. Martina brings vast project experience in planning global business and tax-optimization strategies for foreign-owned U.S. companies and U.S.-based multinationals. He has overseen projects that include mergers and acquisitions advisory, due diligence reporting, transfer pricing, repatriation planning, headquarter selection and foreign tax-credit planning.
