As a service to the families affected by disaster and as stewards responsible of the public trust, all participating units must be documented as being decent, safe, sanitary and free of any lead base paint. MFR performs unit inspections for federal housing/rental subsidy-related programs. Inspections are conducted by our experienced Certified Housing Inspectors in accordance with Housing Quality Standards.
