David Ecklund has a strong financial management background in both the public and private sectors. With over 30 years of accounting experience, he has earned a reputation as a creative problem-solver and accomplished team leader. He specializes in the construction industry, delivering tax services for both individuals and companies.

Mr. Ecklund graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP). Mr. Ecklund is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Internal Auditors, the Construction Financial Management Association and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Currently, he serves as a board member and vice president of the Houston Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association. Mr. Ecklund conducts various educational seminars in the construction industry for individuals preparing to take the CCIFP exam, as well as construction accounting workshops. He has made presentations to various professional organizations.
