With more than 13 years’ experience in healthcare, Tara DeAndrea provides assurance services to non-profit organizations, governmental agencies and privately held companies. During her career, Ms. DeAndrea has managed and participated in compliance audits and performance reviews of various types of commercial, non-profit and governmental entities, including complex healthcare delivery systems, third-party administrators, private-practice physicians, employers and other consumers of healthcare services. 



Ms. DeAndrea is a Registered Health Information Administrator, licensed through AHIMA. Regulatory compliance, HIPAA privacy and security are among areas of expertise Ms. DeAndrea brings to clients. Her skillful design of forms and creation of electronic medical records are among many key accomplishments in her career. In addition to serving her clients, she also believes in sharing her knowledge with others in the profession and does so by serving on the board of the Houston Area Health Information Management Association as president-elect. She is a regular contributor to professional publications and lectures at professional conferences.
