Meet Truc
About Me
My work style was heavily influenced by my high school and college experiences. I spent most of my education in schools where there was a lot of competition and it was difficult to win scholarships. Since then, I have always tried my best to achieve my goals. I’ve worked hard, strived for the best, loved challenges and aimed for perfection. This has somehow become my habit: striving for the best and challenging myself with new knowledge and accomplishments.
Why I Joined MFR
I had a chance to meet and talk to MFR representatives at the Accounting Recruiting Reception at University of Houston – Clear Lake, where I got my Master’s degree in Accounting. As a result, I was called to come in for an interview.
During the interviews, I was introduced to different people in different practice groups. I was really impressed with the firm’s diverse corporate environment with multinational staff. This made me feel like I would have equal opportunity to learn, to work and to advance in my career.
Why I Stay at MFR
My favorite thing about the job is the variety. I always find something new on every client and every project. I have had the opportunity to work on lots of projects that challenged me and allowed me to learn new things.
I also love the firm’s active participation community involvement and volunteerism. It’s helped me develop a deep appreciation for helping others and a true commitment to MFR’s tagline, “People count.”
Outside of Work
I love traveling with friends and family and exploring different cultures and countries. I have visited several countries in Europe, Asia and North America. And of course, I like to take photos to keep all the memories and all the moments I have experienced along my journeys.
