MFR is the trademark under which MFR, P.C. and MFR Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of MFR, P.C., serve the business needs of clients in both the private and public sectors. The two firms operate as separate legal entities. MFR, P.C. is a licensed CPA and business advisory firm that provides audit, assurance, tax, and internal audit services.

| In 2008, MFR underwent a branding and name change. Formerly known as Mir, Fox & Rodriguez, the firm has grown over the years to become a leading provider of accounting and business advisory services. And, as in any long-term transformation, we outgrew our previous name and brand.
Our new name, MFR, more accurately portrays the firm as one that embraces the diversity within our own ranks – and leverages the broad experience base that such diversity affords us for the benefit of our clients.
